1. Acceptance
By creating an account, accessing, or using AutoClient AI, you agree to these Terms. If you use the service for a company or agency, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service and business accounts
AutoClient AI provides software for real-estate sales workflows, including lead and conversation management, property recommendations, communications, bookings, and AI-assisted functions. You must provide accurate account information, protect account credentials, maintain appropriate access for team members, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized use.
3. Authorized use and customer responsibilities
You are responsible for your users, property listings, communications, customer instructions, and all information submitted through your account. You must have appropriate rights and permissions to process customer and lead information and to send communications. You are responsible for reviewing property details, availability, prices, recommendations, appointments, and messages before relying on them.
4. Connected third-party services
You may choose to connect third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by their terms and policies, and their availability is outside our control. You authorize AutoClient AI to exchange information with a connected service as needed to provide the requested integration.
5. WhatsApp and Meta integration
Connecting a WhatsApp Business account is initiated and authorized by your business through Meta. You retain responsibility for your account, message templates, recipients, customer permissions, and compliance with Meta's and WhatsApp's requirements. AutoClient AI does not own your WhatsApp Business Account and cannot guarantee approval, availability, or delivery by Meta.
6. AI-assisted functionality
AI features may help interpret inquiries, draft responses, qualify leads, suggest properties, and support scheduling. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for a particular situation. You remain responsible for reviewing output and for decisions, representations, communications, and transactions made using it.
7. Property and customer data
You retain your rights in information you submit. You grant us the permission needed to host, process, transmit, and display that information solely to operate, secure, support, and improve the service in accordance with our Privacy Policy and your instructions. You represent that you have the rights and lawful basis needed to provide it.
8. Prohibited misuse
You may not use the service unlawfully; send spam or deceptive communications; infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; upload malicious code; probe, disrupt, or bypass security; access another customer's data; misrepresent properties or identities; reverse engineer the service where prohibited; or use it to harm others.
9. Service availability and changes
We may update, modify, or discontinue features and may perform maintenance. We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Third-party integrations may change or become unavailable without notice.
10. Intellectual property
AutoClient AI and its software, design, branding, documentation, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable law. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your authorized account term; they do not transfer ownership.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address nonpayment, security risk, unlawful activity, material breach, harm to the service or others, or legal requirements. Upon termination, access may end and information will be handled under our Privacy Policy and applicable obligations.
12. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” AutoClient AI is a software tool and does not provide legal, financial, brokerage, valuation, or other professional advice. We do not guarantee sales results, property availability, message delivery, AI accuracy, or third-party services. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, AutoClient AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunity arising from use of the service. Any limitation applies only to the extent enforceable and does not exclude liability that law does not permit us to exclude.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the service or applicable requirements. We will publish updated Terms and revise the “Last Updated” date. Continued use after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
